I hate how f!@#$ picky the pop machines at school are. I hate how they practically won't take any money that has the tiniest little crinkle or unnoticable tear, or the lightest crease. I hate that the more and more i grow up i know less and less about males and how they think. When i was 16, i knew it all! i was THE one that girls and guys went to talk to about their relationships problems and i could fix them all and explain what the other was thinking..

but now im older and males are MORE CONFUSING than ever. i dont get them. and now i have no one to run to for real advice instead of the "dont let it bother you" shit. eff that Nov 16 4:04 AM MST

I hate when companies post job openings and you have to wade through paragraphs of tedious rah-rah mission statement bullshit before they even mention what the job is or any details about it. I hate when they don't list the pay range they are offering. I usually assume that's because it's peanuts and they're hoping you will be happy taking less in trade for the priveledge of working at a company with great "spirit" or some shit. Mar 4 4:17 AM MST

I hate that I receive a salary instead of hourly wages. I constantly have to work overtime and my employer doesn't have to pay me for it. I have to work overtime because my department is severly understaffed and if I don't work the overtime my employer will fire me for not doing my job. My employer is getting a ton of free work out of me by cheating me out of overtime pay and never appreciates all of the hard work I do. Nov 1 6:06 AM MST
