I hate the sort of manager who when he (it's usually a he) finds you haven't followed some sort of workplace rule will actually wave the rulebook under your nose yelling, "What does this say? Read paragraph 4!" etc.
WTF? We are not at school any more, you are not the teacher and I am not going to start reading out the workplace policy book in front of everybody like a naughty schoolboy who has been caught running in the corridors.

I hate workmates, especialy managers who love quoting workplace rules. They act like the rules in our employment conditions are part of the bible.
They never use any common sense when a rule is broken. For example it is forbidden to possess or drink alcohol during worktime in my workplace. This is fair enough if I was to have a six pack of beer on my desk and drink it while working. However, one workmate had a special bottle of champange at work. He had ordered it for his daughter's wedding and didn't want to leave it in his car in the hot sun after he picked it up at lunchtime. A manager reminds him of the rule about alcohol and gives him a big lecture (in a serious monotone) about how he has broken a workplace rule and threatens to report him.
The bottle was worth over $1000! The guy was hardly going to open it and drink it at work. I hate that sort of manager. Grown a brain you stupid, petty minded little pinhead! Dec 28 4:49 PM MST

I hate not being able to hate other participants of hatebook or their comments. I hate contradictions and there is no reason for me to hate them so I also hate the rule of having to have a reason to hate something. Most of the time people don't have reason to hate (ask a racist). Or how is someone supposed to explain why he hates pain. And since I cannot write obnoxiuos words I wish to communicate to the person who wrote the rules that I also hate her and that I thought of many obnoxious words regarding his/her entire existance. And why not let people freely express their hate for each other? Expressing mutual hate will probably reveal to participants the true causeof conflict and thus help solving the problem. They might even end up loving each other. To conclude I would like to say that I hate the fact that my hates are insignificant since you can and most likely will just ignore me. I hate then I am. I hate rules at school. They really suck. This guy was told off for dying his hair blue...that is just pathetic..Its our bodies..no one elses so we can do as we wish. I mean if I wanted my hair pink...whose right is it to say I can't it's MY hair not the schools..they can't tell me how my body will look. O'h yes and jewellery. for fucks sake we aren't allowed to wear studs either..I just had my ear pierced and I went into school, a teacher made me take it out. Bastard..so later on I put it back in but I got a fucking infection thanks to him...fucking school policies. The most pathetic thing is that in our school planners it says that people who don't smoke should not associate with those who do WTF? that is just stupid. Reeeeaaallly stupid. I also hate how this girl at school says she is bi- thats fine I have nothing against that but now it's came more like a trend and about 5 other girls have said "o'h yeah im bi" they're not!! I hate being told what to do and how my parents think they are always right!! They can do whatever they want and because they have done it, it is completely fine but No if I do it nooo it's completely wrong. I hate how my Mom orders me about she says "You will obey me, im your fucking mother and your the 15 year old" It sounds like she is implying that I have been saying that Im not 15 and she's not my Mom. Parents always think they're right JUST because they're older but that is not true.
