i hate animal pounds! i mean a animal only has a couple weeks in the shelter and if no one wants it then they will put it to sleep! Dogs have lives too. And apparently the pounds dont care about it because i really liked this cute blck/white dog that was in the pound and i submitted a application for the dog because it liked me soo much and i loved him. i visited the pound ever day the first day we asked about the dog and they sayd he was a stray and that he was gonna get fixed monday (oh and by the way that dog was caged up with another male dog getting raped the dog i liked didnt even want it but the other dog ugh i jsut hated that other dog that was raping the dog i liked!) so the next day we visited the dog gave it some treats and submitted the form. the next day we went there and the other dog that was caged up with him was gone and i gave it a few more treats and petted it and them we went to the desk and were told it was a owner turn in ( by the way when it is a pwner turn in and if someone submittes a application and the manager looks at it right away because if it was a stray then they have to get fixed and up tp date shots), it was gonna be fixed on saturday. well we finally fave up because since then we ahve not gotton a # call from the pound telling us we got the dog and it seems like they arnt really interested finding the dogs home because all the workers were on their computer playing card games! i love the dogs in the pound i jsut hate how the system works i mean if you were a not so pretty dog or a pretty dog and you had to be caged up all day and then accidentally sprayed with the hose (the pound the way they so call " clean the cages" is jsut hose the place down i mean it isnt even sanitary and almost all the times the dogs get soaking wet!)NEXT TIME YOU FIND A DOG OR HAVE A DOG AND IT HAS PUPPIES AND YOU JSUT THINK OF PUTTING IT TO A POUND GO TO A HUMANE SOCEITY FOR PEATS SAKE THE ANIMALS THERE ARE TREATED WAYY BETTER AND PLUS THEIR TIME LIMIT IS NEVER RUN OUT! PLUS I VOLUNTEERED AT A HUMANE SOCEITY AND I GAVE ALL THE ANIMALS LOVE AND AFFECTION EVEN THE CAT WHO HAD ONE EYE I NAMED THAT ONE "UNO" HES IS SO CUTE AND WAS GIVIN TO A LOVING FAMILY! OH AND THE PLACE I VOLUNTEERED AT WAS KINDA RUN DOWN BUT NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER I CLEANED OUT THE CAGED AND VACUMED THE CARPETS AND EVERYTHING!INSTEAD OF BUYING A 2,000 DOLLAR SO CALLED "TEACUP" PUPPY WHY NOT GET A DOG WHO HAS CHARECTER AND WHO LOVES YOU KNOW MATTER WHAT AND IS ONLY FOR $20 AND ALOT OF THEM ARE ADORABLE PLUS DONT GET A SO CALLED "DESIGNER DOG" FOR OVER 300 BUCKS JSUT BECAUSE HE OR SHE LOOKS CUTE CHANCE IS THEY WILL FIND A LOVING HOME BUT THINK ABOUT THE DOGS IN THE SHELTER THAT ONLY HAVE WEEKS TO LIVE AND THEIR LIVES DEPENDS ON YOU THAT DAY THEY WILL BE PUT TO SLEEP. I KNOW I SAYD ABOUT THE POUND BUT NEVERLESS I NEVER SAYD ABOUT THE DOGS NOT HAVEING CHARECTER AND BEING SWEET. THERE WAS THIS ONE DOG WHO JUST I WANTED TO HUG BECAUSE IT WAS A YOUNG BEAGLE AND WAS JSUT LAYING THERE LOOKING SAD BECAUSE ALOT OF PEOPLE JSUT GO THERE TO LOOK AND NEVER GO THERE TO GET A LOVING DOG WELL HE GAVE UP HE WAS EXITED BUT THEN JUST GAVE UP. sorry if i wrote in caps i forgot that the caps was on but please publish this hate letter i really want my voice heard im speaking for the doggies and kitties in the pound and that their time is running out.
