I hate when I meet new people and they ask me what I’m majoring in because I always feel a little shamed when I say Art. I can tell when they look at me they are thinking that I’m just another kid wasting their time and their parent’s money. I often get asked why I don’t just get a minor in art and major in something like psychology. Something they think is more “stable”, “useful”, and more likely to get bigger income in the future. It’s not like I have unrealistic expectations. I know it’s not always easy to find a job in art, I know I might not make a lot of money from it, but I don’t really care because I’m passionate about it. I LOVE art so much! I wish I could carry my gallery with me and show those people that I actually have a lot of potential and that it’s possible that I can get somewhere with it. Jun 22 4:30 AM UTC

I hate that I've been applying to jobs for months, and finally have an interview next week, and I'm scared that I'll fail terribly. I'm afraid that I'll get the job and hate it. I'm afraid that I'll accept it and a better offer will come along. I'm afraid that life after college will be all downhill from here. I'm afraid that they'll tell my how incompetent I am during the interview. I'm afraid that they'll be just plain mean. I hate girls who claim that a company is being racist and not giving them a job because they are brunette.
1) It's not fucking racism if they are discriminating based on your hair color.
2) Nobody discriminates against brunettes. Are you fucking crazy?!?! If any hair color was to be discriminated against it would be some strange color like neon green and turquoise.

I hate it when I want to watch a certain movie sooo bad, but then I can't find it anywhere...like it stopped existing when it caught my interest!

Also I hate when I try to order a book at the library and the nerdy guy who works there just isn't able to find the damn item. Shit isn't that his job?!

And I hate when I'm looking forward to seeing a movie at the thater but then it never comes out because it's limited to certain specific countries and it will never be shown here. It means I'll never get to watch the shit as they probably will make it hard to be found on dvd (and anyway, it will be impossible to order it anywhere since everybody seems to be inable to do their goddam jobs!)

I hate the expectation society puts on me to work a 9-5 so I can have "security" Why can't it be acceptable by my friends and family to be a college graduate who does seasonal work part of the year and lives the life of a transient bum the rest of the year. I hate that I’m too worried that society may be right about the need for security and the need for health insurance to quit my dead end 9-5 job with mediocre benefits and spend my life doing things I actually enjoy. I hate that I spent 6 years going to a University to get a bull shit degree. I hate corporate America and all of the politics. I hate people. I hate what the government has turned this planet into. I hate that people think they own the planet, stupid, pathetic, pig-headed, ignorant wankers. Polluting and destroying the place because "who cares - I won't be here when it all gets REALLY bad!" Idiots. I hate having to spend my life working in a job with people you don't particularly like, for what? To pay the rent - why bother, I'm too busy working to be at home. The work most people do can be done I hate that not everybody in the world has food. And shelter. That animals - the most intelligent and lovely creatures - have their planet destroyed by humans. I hate the government. These men in suits make laws and then they come to me and pay me to perform sexual acts which they have laid down. I hate that you are not allowed to look at people in public. I hate spending hours getting ready in the morning. I hate sleeping days on end because I don't have the motivation or will to face people. I hate that scientists have not come up with a type of petrol which does not harm the environment. I hate that there is still poverty and that the gap between rich and poor is widening. Celebrities - these motherf*ckers - why do we worship them? Why does a man get a million pounds a week to kick a balloon around a field? Am I the only person to see the absurdity... Especially the extremely rich who have children - they must understand the bond and connection between parent and child and so why don't they give their money to the sick, un-sheltered people so that they can have the same with their kids? What good is their money doing sitting in a bank? I hate that people want to keep the world in way it is. Just because. Change is scary...right? I hate cheats and liars. i hate that the week is longer than the weekend and day is longer than night. coincidence? i think not. yes it was set up precisely that way just to drive us all mad!! to have barely enough time to sleep, work our ass off all day then get 2 days away from it all. TWO FUCKING DAYS!!! and then wait every fucking 4 months for a break (which seems to take forfuckignever) having a bunch of idiot assholes telling you what to do 8 hours a day and like 5 hours to sleep and getting up so fucking early! great! that is just fucking fantastic!! whether it's work or school it all sucks. we live to serve other people and that's all. sad isn't it? but it's true. our only purpose is to serve other fucking asshole people! unless you're a lucky asshole and was born into a family full of rich assholes and don't have to lift a god damn finger all day when you don't even really deserve it! think about it. nice hardworking people working their ass off all the time who have nothing while the snotty rich stuck up assholes have fucking everything handed to them! and celebrities and atheletes making more money than firefighters, cops, doctors etc. that is just fucking bullshit!! you ever see Paris Hilton rush into a burning building and save someone? and yet the bitch has like 500 times as much money as them. this world is such bullshit.
