link hereI hate HP. They have one of the crappest call centres I've ever come across. If you can't speak Indian why the heck is the point in calling?
I hate that the people on the call centre can't understand english.
I hate that even if you're in a rush you have to repeat yourself 3 tiems to get them to understand the right information.
I hate that even though you've repeated it 3 times their english is so bad that the sentence is crap & you have to ask them to write it down word for word.
I hate that I had to learn the fanetic alphabet to get the bloody message across (Alpha for A, Bravo for B, Hotel for H etc...).
I hate it that their accents are so freaking thick that you have to ask them to repeat themselves when I'm the f*!King english speaker here!
I hate that they're a cheep assed country & can afford to pay their workers some crappy little wage, which allows the outsource by HP to some cheep back-water non-english-speaking hole.
I hate it that everyone knows they're shit & no one does a thing about it.
I hate that becuase its been proven that its cheep that other companies are following the lead & have their call centre's in India.
I hate the smug tone of voice that they use becuase they know you can't go anywhere else for the issue you have to talk to them.
I hate that they think they're right & you know they're wrong & you have to argue with them for 10 minutes to get the bloody thing accepted.
I hate their self-rightsousness when you know they're a bunch of pricks.
