i hate being the family tech guy. the person to go to for every little stupid computer problem everybody (often extended) family member has.
COME ON PEOPLE, it's not difficult to install a little program. just click Next!
And if you get stuck in whatever program you are using, read the the damn help files! that's what they are there for! or google it! just freakin google it! google is your friend. google won't write something here on hatebook because you won't annoy google with your stupid questions as much as you annoy me! google doesn't get pissed if you ask the same question 3 times!
