What a shame that you'll never be able to read these endless letters of hate. You are so oblivious and ever so deceitful! You promised me that you'd be grand; amazing; life-altering & life-changing. You promised that I'd find myself as a person; that I'd find what I was meant to do in this world. Isn't that what your bright colored pamphlets read? Useless propaganda. & look at me now? All I ever do is question who I am and what am I going to do. Even more than I was questioning in High School. Not a day passes that I don't worry about my future and about what you're offering me. In the end, it turns out you're just like the rest of the businesses; you take my money in exchange for some good or service. But are you REALLY offering me a service or a lie? I consider myself very liberal and a democrat (Vote Obama '08! Woooo!) but I hate people who oppose the death penalty. Sorry, but I just don't believe people who are so arrogant they think they can take away people's lives for no reason should be allowed to remain on this planet. You could turn around and say "well, the government isn't being any better by killing him - we're doing the same thing he did!" Whatever. We're doing it for a better cause - to help make this place more safe. And the amount of crazos we have running around we don't need another murderer wasting space, rotting away in jail, still being allowed to see the light of day and read magazines or whatever it is they allow them to do while the families of their victims are suffering.

I know there is a ridiculously high percentage of blacks on death row, and that bothers me a lot (being that I am black, and knowing that statistically, blacks don't kill anyone anymore than whites or latinos do)...that means we have a flawed system that needs to be checked and we need to make sure we're not executing the wrong people.
