I hate that I work for a company that believes that only men can hold top management positions. I hate the fact that I've been there for 17 years, and I was passed over for a promotion that went to some stupid "kid" who has only worked for the company for years, because they "feel my talent would be wasted" in the new position. I hate men who control our corporate structure, who have been able to "downsize" every woman who held any position of power. Dec 21 8:16 AM MST
