I hate irresponsible-arrow persons. These are the people that are first in line at a streetlight waiting to turn left. After waiting 5 minutes at a standstill, with a long line of cars behind them, they don't move when the green arrow finally appears...they wait six or seven seconds before they leisurely lay off the brake and hit the gas. If you have 30 seconds of green this cuts off nine or ten cars from making the light, all becuase of the IRRESPONSIBLE ARROW PERSON. Oct 18 11:31 AM MST
