YOU CAN'T TELL PEOPLE NO.
It's OUR JOB to make people happy, for lack of better wording. So what if someone is in the 10 items or less lane? Go to a different one.
I personally hate when 20 million people come to the express lane and expect to be served as fast as possible. The lane right beside me is empty you numbskulls, and you're blocking traffic.
It's not rocket science.
