I hate being in customer service, because the customer's don't respect the lowly cashier, and cannot practice patience or friendliness. I also hate when customer's tell me to smile. What do they want from me? If I don't feel like smiling, the best they will get is an obviously fake grin. Nov 5 12:24 PM MST
