I hate the sensation I get whenever I listen to techno music. It's hard to explain, it's like, that genre truly reflects the automatism everybody is submerged in these days. It's an ultimate reflection of this machine era that sickens me. It unwillingly shows the lack of imagination and the monotony of modern thinking. It expects to represent a technological age, "the future" as once imagined, but in stead, what it represents to me is smog, pollution, engines and alienation. It's not easy to explain very clearly, but I swear it's true. Every time I listen to it, I feel the puke coming right up my throat, literally, no kidding. I feel my lungs constraining, as if I were breathing smoke. It may all be in my head, I know, but the truth is, I hate that so called music.
PS: I also hate how the only means I have to express myself to others is through this site. I know I'm one of many, so I won't make a big deal out of this. But yes, just like many of you, I don't have anyone to listen to me. Oct 3 11:12 AM MST
