link hereI hate how every other day, some new "study" finds something that's supposed to change our life. Right now on CNN there's some new "study" that says "Your Workout Can Kill You." Everything is bad for you or can kill you according to these "studies;" eating too much and not working out can make you fat, but working out can kill you. Drinking only soda is bad for you, but drinking too much water can kill you as well. Who does these "studies" anyway? They act like they're uncovering something so new when it's in fact just general knowledge. Who doesn't know you have to do everything in moderation??
